These Terms govern your use of boldprintscompany.com and purchases from Bold Prints LLC ("Bold Prints LLC," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Orders. Your order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. If we decline or cancel an order after payment, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or content we are unable to produce, we will issue a full refund.

3. Made to order; no cancellations. All products are made to order. Orders cannot be canceled once placed, except as described in our Return and Refund Policy or as required by applicable law.

4. Personalization and your content. You are responsible for the accuracy of all personalization details you provide and for having the right to use any names, text, images or designs you submit. You permit us to use your submitted content only to produce and fulfill your order. We may decline content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of others.

5. Proofs. We do not provide a proof for every order. If a design proof is provided, your approval confirms the design for production, and changes are not accepted after approval.

6. Pricing and payment. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. We may correct errors in prices or product information.

7. Product appearance. Items are handmade. Colors may appear differently on different screens, and minor variations in placement and finish are normal.

8. Policies. Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property. Our original designs, photographs and site content belong to Bold Prints LLC and may not be copied without permission. Third-party product and brand names belong to their respective owners; their mention does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

10. Acceptable use. You may not misuse the site, including by fraud, interfering with its operation, scraping or submitting unlawful content.

11. Reviews. Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to share your honest opinion about our products or services.

12. Website disclaimer. The website is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

14. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit or your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, unless it qualifies for small-claims court.

16. Your legal rights. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived or excluded.

17. Changes. We may update these Terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
